Elmiligy is an adventurer, a visionary writer, and localization expert. He studied European Civilizations and linguistics, and he took charge of various responsibilities in the language industry for more than 17 years. Participated in the very first Global Vendor Management unit in the Middle and Africa, a unique experience that handed him a solid experience in managing and developing translators and language professionals in more than 250 languages. Followed by more than 8 years of experience in localization project management, successfully executed millions of words in translation projects. And with his passion for marketing communication and entrepreneurial spirit, he held challenging positions in building successful start-ups in the Middle East, Europe, and South East Asian regions due to his natural ability to integrate with cultures, people, and technology.

He is fond of reading, writing, illustrating, travels, classic music, history and arts. Recently he is running successful social and volunteer projects in media, training and public services.

Julia has over 20 years of experience in the language industry, management and services. A mother of 3 wonderful children, she is a Belarusian\Russian native speaker who fluently speaks English, and some German and Arabic as well.

Through her years of experience, Julia was exposed to a variety of fields; languages and translation, oil and gas, tourism, and education. Aside from her open-minded and cheerful spirit, her life experience gave her the chance to manage complex projects and lead teams
